										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://indydfs.org" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Dress For Success Indianapolis</a> has one major fundraiser every year – Stepping Out In Style. It&#8217;s a night of high fashion, great food, critical fundraising and loads of fun. The mission of Dress for Success (DFS) Indianapolis is to promote the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.</p>
<p>When Constance joined the Board of Directors  years ago, she discovered  their annual event lacked a consistent branding structure. To help , she led the effort to develop an event brand logo, along with the necessary collateral – to streamline efficiency and provide consistency.</p>
<p>This project also  included the design and execution of the invitation, RSVP, ticket, posters, Powerpoint template, program and event signage, along with a showcase video that we scripted and produced, which increased their ask by more than 50%. Finally, we designed and delivered steppingoutinstyle.org to reinforce the plan.</p>
<p>Nonprofits rely on the support of the community to exist, thrive and do their job – which in the end helps everyone. Dress For Success Indianapolis does so much to help women in this community (we are a witness) and it&#8217;s an honor to do our part to help them do theirs.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We&#8217;ve been way fortunate to have worked with renowned local storyteller, Bob Sander, on projects that included Storytelling Arts of Indiana.  So, when we got a call asking if we had any interest in working with him on a project for Indy Reads, we jumped at the chance. They were in need of a video they could present at their volunteer orientation that would drive home the impact of what being a volunteer at Indy Reads was like &#8211; about the difference they could make and how personally rewarding it could be.</p>
<p>We staged the shoot at Indy Reads Books (appropriate, right?) and gathered as many willing volunteers and students as we could. Our goal was to have them tell their story. We spent hours listening to those stories and grabbing the most effective components before reweaving it into a collaborative and cohesive piece for the audience &#8211; one story told by many.</p>
<p>It was an honor to work with such a fine storyteller, to meet some amazing volunteers and students, and to learn about what an amazing organization Indy Reads is to so many. They loved the video and we loved the opportunity. If you have an interest or know someone who might, <a href="http://indyreads.org/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Indy Reads</a> is always looking for more volunteers and/or new students.</p>

Deliverables included  three professionally produced Indianapolis Airport Authority (IAA) videos in support of catchment marketing, disaster training preparedness and airport friendly customer service.</p>
<p>This particular catchment promotion involved an amateur video contest that targeted college students and &#8220;spring breakers&#8221; at large. The theme: &#8220;Show Us Your Spring Break  Vacation on Delta Airlines @ IND.&#8221; Travelers used their own flip-cams and cell phones to create videos. They submitted the videos to IAA who picked the best and then implemented the prize(s). It was our job to help plan, manage, create and launch the necessary components to make this effort a reality.</p>
<p>Work included: microsite concept, design, development, testing and launch.  A promotional video explaining the contest details and marketing collateral to promote the contest.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yerington Chamber of Commerce (YCC) was looking to rebrand themselves, launch a Facebook page and create a website that would not only reinforce their brand, but their efforts at large. We reviewed their current state, strategic summary and their community. We asked questions, reviewed stats and built a plan to accomplish their goals. With the plan approved, we began building out their &#8220;new&#8221; logo as well as generating a content strategy for their site.</p>
<p>With the logo finalized and the content strategy approved, we moved on to building a website they could maintain internally, and putting a &#8220;face&#8221; on their new Facebook page. We worked extensively with YCC&#8217;s executive director to identify which areas were most important to them, and to understand what struggles they ran into as a small chamber in a small town.</p>
<p>To date, they&#8217;ve increased their memberships, have multiple platforms upon which to communicate and are maintaining their site with ease. They have a solid brand strategy to work with, and we learned a ton by working with them.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://www.ffssolutions.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener">FF&amp;S, Inc.</a> was looking for a new website that not only better promoted the services they offer, but was also mobile and tablet ready for streamlined accessibility for their customers. This company has grown tremendously over the years. They serve banks and other financial institutions nation wide. It was crucial to them that they stay ahead of their game by reinforcing ease of use to current customers as well as potential clients. They wanted a site that clearly explained who they are, what they do and how they can better serve their target audience than the competition.</p>
<p>We assessed the situation fully, reviewed past and present collateral and reviewed the competition. Working with <a href="http://www.wordfuse.biz" target="_blank" rel="noopener">WordFuse</a> on the content strategy and messaging, we produced a plan that would deliver the goods. We then sketched out site concepts that defined the color hierarchy, brand consistency, content strategy implementation, site structure, SEO and tagging opportunities. Once the final look and feel was approved, the site was built, tested and approved.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yerington Theatre for the Arts (YTA) has four major performances each season. They hired us to manage the marketing, design and management on all platforms. We were thrilled with the creative freedom, plus we love tunes, so it was a win-win. Their goals included increasing ticket sales, connecting with a younger audience and having a visual appearance that would drive interest in the performance itself and in the organization as a whole.</p>
<p>Work on these performances included (but wasn&#8217;t limited to) contacting the artist (or hopefully a responsive manager) to provide us with any visuals we could build upon. We researched the artist, investigated their brand, watched their videos and sampled their music. We gathered required components (funding logos, required mentions or specific content) that needed to be in place. More often than not, we had to make it work with very little visual support, but we learned to roll with it &#8211; then we began to love the challenge.</p>
<p>We managed print quotes, media costs and PR. For each performance we wrote, designed and implemented: press releases, direct mailers, posters, social media promotions, tickets, programs and website reinforcement. If we were lucky and it was in the budget, we produced a radio spot and/or TV commercial as well. mediumFUSION has a long history of performances to reflect on, thanks to them. This one was one of our favorites.</p>
