Connie SzerdyConstance Szerdy (Zer-Dee), President and Creative Director, has nearly two decades of experience as a designer – a lifetime of experience in creativity and ideas. She founded mediumFUSION creative group after graduating from Herron School of Art & Design in 1998. Connie became adjunct faculty at Herron, teaching Visual Communications and Multimedia Design while establishing her business. She has spent her time honing her skill set in project management, marketing, photography, videography, web standards, social media strategies and design/typography aesthetics. She serves on the board of Dress for Success – Indianapolis as head of their marketing committee. Connie is on the communications committee of the Greenways Foundation, the advisory board for Visual Communications at Ivy Tech Indianapolis, and works closely with Primary Colours and the Arts Council of Indianapolis – supporting her passions: arts, education and environment.
